Frequently Asked Questions
Our first session includes time to arrive together and clarify your overall intention. We explore what you’re longing for, how you want to feel, and what you’d like support with over time. This intention becomes a gentle reference point for our work together.
From there, each session is guided by what’s present for you on the day, keeping the overall intention alive as well. I attune to your needs and offer 2-3 practices, and you choose what feels most aligned. We move at your pace, with clear agreements around consent, timing, and choice.
Sessions usually include time to land in your body, engage in a somatic practice, reflect on what emerged, and support integration into daily life. While there is a clear structure, every session is unique and responds to your body in the moment, always held within your overall intention.
As part of my accreditation, I’m currently offering discounted sliding-scale packages. Pricing will increase once my certification is complete in March 2026.
This work is offered in packages of five sessions to support continuity, safety, and a pace that allows your body to open gradually.

This coaching is educational rather than therapeutic. I’m not treating, diagnosing, or analysing mental health conditions or trauma. My role is to support your learning through lived, embodied experience.
You are the expert of your own felt experience. Sessions are client-led, and we move from foundational embodiment skills into more erotic work only when your system is ready.
The sessions are offered online or in person near Ericeira, Portugal
This work benefits from continuity and trust.
Learning to listen to the body and build safety takes time, which is why I ask new clients to begin with the 5-session package.
I recommend meeting weekly or bi-weekly to support rhythm and integration, while always respecting what feels right for you.
Once a foundation is in place, you’re welcome to continue with another package or book single sessions at a slightly higher rate.
Whilst the majority of my experience has been in working with women, I welcome clients of all genders.
What matters most is alignment. I have fantastic colleagues to recommend in case there is someone else who could be a better fit.
Talk therapy often focuses on understanding patterns, the past, or symptoms. Somatic work focuses on what’s happening in your body in the moment, especially in situations where you might people-please, freeze, over-explain, or say yes when something feels off.
We still talk and reflect, but we also slow things down and work with real-time sensations, impulses, and responses. The emphasis is on learning practical, embodied skills you can use in daily life, supporting choice, self-regulation, clearer boundaries, and communication.
This work isn’t about fixing or treating you. You remain the authority of your experience, and I support your learning process rather than acting as a therapist.
Every person is different. From my experience, you can feel a shift quickly especially when you learn how to pause and somatically come back to yourself. Lasting change takes repetition. This is why I recommend consistent work over time: your old patterns were practiced for years, and we’re building a new default.
Meaningful transformation arises through consistent somatic practice, therefore, your home practice between sessions is an essential and integral part of your journey.
Even though the work is body-based, it doesn’t rely on my physical touch. The focus is on your relationship with your body, how you notice sensation, respond to signals, and make choices in real time.
In online sessions, I guide you through practices using awareness, breath, movement, voice, pacing, and self-touch (only if and when it feels right for you). I support you to slow down, feel what’s happening in your body, and respond differently, right in the moment.
This can be surprisingly powerful. Because you are with your own body in your own space, many people find it easier to feel, listen, and integrate what they’re learning into daily life.
If touch is part of the work, it is always discussed and agreed upon together, and it may include guided self-touch rather than practitioner touch. Everything is consent-based, and we only work with what feels appropriate and supportive for you.
Touch and clothing are always based on consent and choice. We begin with non-erotic embodiment practices, and any touch (if included) is discussed and agreed upon together. You are never expected to remove clothing or engage in anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
I will remain clothed at any time.
That’s very common. You don’t need to come prepared with a topic, and you also don't need to know what to do or how to be. This work meets you where you are, and we go slowly. Awkwardness, uncertainty, and not knowing are all welcome here.
Yes, many clients combine this work with therapy. Somatic coaching can complement talk therapy by supporting embodied awareness and real-time practice. If needed, we can discuss how to best support you alongside other forms of care.
Integration between sessions is part of the process. You’ll be given simple home practices, and if something comes up that you would like to share, or feels unclear or unsettled, you’re welcome to reach out within working hours. Monday till Friday, 10am - 5pm.
I hear you and it’s totally understandable. We begin with a free 30 minute clarity call to see if we are the right fit for one another and if I’m able to support you in your intentions.
