SEXUAL BODYWORK

SOMATIC SEXOLOGIST

Supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, desire and inner power.

welcome here...

Most women I work with are brilliant women. Strong, capable, and high-functioning. Yet somewhere along the way they learned to disconnect from their bodies. They learned to push through discomfort. To override their signals. To say yes when something inside tightens. Over time sensation fades. Desire grows quiet. Intimacy can start to feel performative, heavy or empty. Not because something is wrong with them — but because they learned to override themselves.

My work supports women in coming back into relationship with their bodies. To feel again. To recognise boundaries. To reconnect with desire, choice and aliveness.

Doing this work takes courage. But on the other side there is more clarity, more presence, and more of what you have always longed for.

If something here resonates with you, you are warmly welcome.

What is Somatic Sexology?

Somatic Sexology looks at our relationship with sexual energy, not just sex, but aliveness, desire, and how present we feel in our bodies and lives. This part of us can hold pleasure and vitality, but also shame, fear, and old patterns. When it’s ignored, we tend to live in our heads, overthinking, overriding sensation, losing touch with what a true yes or no feels like.

This work brings attention back to the body. By slowing down and noticing sensation: tension, numbness, pleasure, hesitation, the body becomes a source of guidance rather than something to control. Clarity grows. Self-trust grows.

Feeling your body like this takes courage. It can mean meeting parts of yourself you’ve avoided. It may feel like stepping through a door without knowing what’s on the other side. But when you stay, something opens — more sensation, more truth, more choice. This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about daring to feel, and discovering that your body carries the wisdom for the life and intimacy you long for.

"The body communicates through sensation, even when we don’t have the words."

Who is this work for?

Intimacy begins with feeling safe enough to listen to your body and trust what it is telling you.

This work may be for you if:

  • You live mostly in your head and feel disconnected from your body

  • You feel numb or unsure what you truly want & don’t want

  • Anxiety, self-doubt, or people-pleasing shape your choices and relationships

  • Body shame makes it hard to feel at home in yourself

  • You override your needs or say yes when something inside says no

  • Pleasure, sensuality, eros, or aliveness feel distant

  • You sense there is more depth and honesty available to you, but don’t yet know how to access it

What you may leave with:

  • A more loving and caring relationship with your body

  • Trusting your body as guidance, not something to override

  • More presence, sensation, pleasure, and aliveness

  • A deeper connection to your sensual and sexual energy

  • The ability to slow down and notice your signals: desire, boundaries, emotion, and impulse

  • Less overthinking, more inner steadiness and calm

More confidence expressing needs, desires, and limits, without collapse or self-betrayal

  • A sense of expansion and self-trust that grows from lived experience, not force

"Reclaiming the body is reclaiming the self."
